 Did you know…It costs $2000 to provide an advocate for a child for a year? CASA of San Luis Obispo County receives funds through diverse sources: private foundation grants, government grants, corporations, individuals, and special events.
There are 450 abused and neglected children under the jurisdiction of the juvenile court in San Luis Obispo County. 75% of all donations goes directly to training and oversight of our volunteer advocates who are trained to serve as the eyes and ears of the court in these cases.
Your gift to CASA will help us reach our goal of serving each one of these children by providing them with a trained CASA volunteer advocate/mentor.
