Volunteers are the Heart and Soul of CASA!

How can you help a child?

Become a CASA volunteer!!

You’ll find being a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) volunteer is a gratifying experience that touches not only the life of a child but yours as well.

-Volunteer to become a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate). Call the office for detailed program and job description, 805-541-6542.  For application scroll down and click on link.

-Serve as a CASA Education Advocate

-Become a Friend of CASA by assisting at fundraising events, representing CASA at Farmers Market and other community venues, or with special projects in the office.

-Join the CASA Guild. The Guild is an exciting social and networking group whose main function is to support the needs of CASA through awareness, community involvement and fundraising. Email Cathy Orton at corton@slocasa.org for more information.

-Serve on the CASA Board of Directors.  Email staff@slocasa.org if you would like more information.

Volunteers are our lifeblood. There are many more children in the foster care system than we have volunteers to help them.
