The CASA Culture Club was established to advance our knowledge on
inclusiveness and diversity within our organization. It is our sincere
desire to create an organization that is better able to accomplish its
mission by understanding and addressing the needs of people of color,
diverse cultures and communities.

Inclusiveness Mission Statement
Through our training of staff and volunteers and our organizational
policies and procedures, as well as through our advocacy, CASA promotes
the equal rights of all individuals. CASA does not discriminate on the
basis of age, color, creed, religion, gender, marital status, national
origin, disability, socio-economic status, sexual orientation, or other
aspect of diversity. Furthermore, we will create an organizational
culture that values people of all backgrounds and is based on our
organizational values of respect, integrity, and honesty. Our goal is to
maintain and enhance a welcoming and inclusive community-based
organization that focuses on the health, welfare, and happiness of our
children.
